School Reviews

5   8/18/2015
(This is based mostly off of the middle school part of Honey Creek, which is often considered the best part, as I do not have clear memories of time before then). Even though this school is funded quite little, they make do very well. There was little to no bullying while I attended this school. Teachers are nice and supportive of students and pays attention to student's needs. Teachers understand that students learn at different paces and makes sure no one is left behind or feels lost. I guess they could do better with the lunch food, but considering that they are funded next to nothing by our failing government, I guess it's alright. So yeah. Send your children here. Almost everyone I know who has attended Honey Creek has been successful in high school.

Teachers in 19 States Allowed to Physically Punish Students
As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
