The level 3 setting at RBA should be your very last choice. While there are plenty of amazing teachers who love the children and they would do anything to help the children succeed. The admin can be very difficult to deal with and I do not believe their methods are in line with the school's original intentions.

This is not the place for your special needs child. They will force you into an iep that they won't follow, only to get extra funding. They lie. They look over huge issues and cut funding to student NEEDS and give pay cuts to staff to give admin huge raises. Staff not happy and not able to properly TEACH your kid anything.

As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
