School Reviews

This SCHOOL is WONDERFUL.. the Principal cares IMMENSELY about all her students. The staff, counselors etc have had great communication with me and my daughters during high school years (they graduate 2021) and I appreciate them So much! During Covid things were extremely tough ALL OVER. yet they always found a way to help, communicate and make sure students got their computers and continue learning. I will ALWAYS be proud my girls graduated from Silverado High.:)

This is an excellent school in comparison to other schools in Clark County. It is highly diversified, and there are many opportunities for participation in numerous extra curricular activities. While there is room for improvement, it was my experience that the majority of the teachers deeply cared about my academic success. I felt highly supported, and wish I could go back to take advantage of more of the programs that Silverado had to offer. I would not hesitate to send my own child to this school.

This is probably one of the worst high schools you could enroll your child in. I would most deffinately never reccommend this school to ANYONE! There are always drugs floating around, and people doing bad things. The bathrooms are filthy, there is barely ever soap and paper towels. Most of the teachers really do not care about our education, and are quiet rude.

Silverado administrative staff is a nightmare from hell. We were warned by one of the counselor's about the academic and athletic programs. Overall the entire school
is a nightmare.
