School Reviews
3 2/4/2021
I think the teachers and principal need to be standing in the halls by their classrooms from the time the bell rings to end a class until the last student enters the room to start a new class. Observe what is going on in hallways between classes and have the teachers and principal walking around the school at lunchtime. Talk to the students and get to know them. This is sorely lacking at all the Waverly schools. The Superintendent of schools needs to get more involved and visit the schools on a regular basis.

As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
